Joy, Excellence, Service
To help our children take a pride in belonging to Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Primary School. we encourage all of them to wear their school uniform with pride. A uniform fosters a pride in the school and a sense of belonging. This in turn helps to develop a greater awareness of personal appearance and self-respect which is reflected in sound attitudes, both social and academic.
Children should tuck their shirts in at all times. Jumpers and cardigans should be worn with pride and not around the children's waist.

Extremes of fashion in dress or hair styles are not acceptable; this includes dyed hair and gel which should not be used for school. Long hair will need to be tied up or kept in place with a hair band. No tracks or shaved heads. (Hair bands should not be fashion items, they should be school uniform colours blue, white or black only).
ALL ITEMS OF CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT MUST BE MARKED WITH THE CHILD’S NAME.
P.E. bags are taken home on the last day of every half-term. It is important that kit is clean and available in school at all times. Cloakroom space is very limited, we request parents’ co-operation in sending equipment and lunches in reasonably sized bags.
