The Rosary Record

The Rosary Record is the school newspaper written and edited by the Year 6 journalism team at Our Lady of the Rosary School. It provides pupils with the opportunity to report on school life, explore wider issues, and share stories that matter to our community and beyond.

Each edition includes a range of sections, such as match reports, interviews, book reviews, creative writing, debates, and news features. Through researching, writing, and editing their work, pupils develop key journalistic skills, including clear communication, critical thinking, and an understanding of audience and purpose.

The Rosary Record reflects the voices of our pupils and their curiosity about the world around them. True to its slogan, Your School, Your Stories , the newspaper celebrates pupil perspective while encouraging thoughtful, responsible reporting.
